SHIIIIIT i allready set the fov to 75...and i mean it still let me play the game

Well if you didn't save it won't matter ... but adjusting fov probably aint that big a deal compared to uGridsToLoad. I seem to rember fov can be adjusted back n forth ... but it had a delay issue err sumthing ... plus that was in Fo3 when I did a bunch of testing with it.

But for starters , see if you can find that save on your comp.

ugrinds to load i left at what it was set to and would the data be in steam or in the my games folder?

Well I am hoping you find it in "MyDocuments/MyGames/FalloutNV/Saves"

I have never played while logged into Steam , but I imagine it maybe similar to Games for Windows live with Fo3 where it had it's own save spot.

But since FNV must be installed inside of Steam , it seems reasonable it may have its own directory for where it puts saves while logged in compared to just a save folder inside the save folder that GFWL did. And I suppose it may only be on the cloud which is what I assume you are describing ??? Ergo you cannot access any saves unless logged into Steam ?

Anyways ... what I'm alluding to. Is to take the save from your laptop ... then enter the strip with it on your desktop. Go inside an interior from there .... wait beyond 3 days ... make a new save there inside after waiting. Then also go back into the exterior and make another save there.

Transfer those two saves back to your laptop ... and try loading the interior first then stepping outside. Also try loading the save in the exterior.

The reason for this , is I have been able to get the game to advance past crash points on one system , simply by advancing the save on another system. So imo it is worth a try. Plus if the problem is still persisting , it helps to further narrow things down in finding/fixing the culprit.
