Dialogue Option:"What have you got for sale?" Deletes all othe

I just started to play the Game an ran into a bug that makes trading with the merchants impossible.

If I use the Dialogue Option "What have you got for Sale?" with the merchants Lucan Valerius(Riverwood Trader), Alvor (Riverwood Blacksmith) and Adrianne Avenicci (Blacksmith Whiterun). I haven´t spoken to anymore merchants, just the three, so it´s possible the Bug will appear on every merchant that uses the Dialogue "What have you got for Sale?".

If i talk to the merchants and use any other Dialogue Option as the one mentioned above everything works fine, but if I want to trade with them the "What have you got for sale"? Dialogue Option kind of deletes all other Dialogue Options (they can´t be seen or used in the Dialogue Menu).

What i´ve already tried:

-Waiting up to 30+ days Ingame (Resting not sleeping)

-Steam Local Game Data repair function

-Using earlier Savegame

-Starting a New Game

-ReInstalling the Game without any Mods(Vanilla)

-ReInstalling the Game with Mods

-ReInstalling the Game with no Mods except for the Unofficial Skyrim Patch

-ReInstalled the Game with the "Barter with everyone Mod" (no Trading or Dialogue Problems here with any NPC except still for the merchants that the "What have you got for sale?" Dialogue Option use) - I later installed the Unofficial Skyrim Patch- but it did not work also.

I used the Nexus Mod Manager to install the Mod´s but as I mentioned the Bug still appears on Vanilla Version and I dont know enough about Scripting to solve the Problem myself, so:

Has anyone ever had this Problem or something similiar? Or maybe even found a Solution to this?

My System:

I Installed Skyrim with Steam

Windows 7 Ultimate (64)

AMD Athlon 2 X4 631 Quad Core Processor

ATI Radeon HD Sapphire 7970

Corsaire 2 x 4GB RAM XMS 3 DDR 3

Motherboard:Asrock A55ICafe

Whenever you trade with a merchant (any merchant) and finish trading with them, conversation is over and you have to talk to them again to see any previous dialog options that they may have had.

If that is not what happens, could you please elaborate what is happening a bit more?

I try to explain further in more simple sentences (because English is not my Main Language):

1-I talk to a merchant

2-Dialogue Interface opens

3-I can use every Dialogue Option without problems(except for "What have you got for Sale?")

4-If I use the Trading Dialogue Option(What have you got for Sale) the Trade Interface opens and works fine, but all the other Dialogue Option vanish from the Dialogue Interface (shortly before the Game enters the Trade Interface)

5-I Leave the Trade Interface and talk to the Merchant again

6-All Dialogue Options except for "What have you got for Sale?" are completely gone(I didn´t use them)

7-Every time from now on when I talk to this merchant He goes straight to the Trade Interface and sometimes his Trade Interface even opens automatically when I´m standing near him

and after I close the Trade Interface I´m in the Dialogu Interface again (with just one Dialogue Option: "What have you got for Sale?")

If I talk to the next merchant it starts again from point 1 - 7

So in short my problem is that when I use the Trade Dialogue Option the Game negates all other Dialogue Options from this merchant forever. If I dont use it everything works fine.

Tested with this 3 Merchants:Lucan Valerius(Riverwood Trader), Alvor (Riverwood Blacksmith) and Adrianne Avenicci (Blacksmith Whiterun)

Thank you for the further explanation.

I personally have never heard of or had this problem. I also have no clue as to what could be causing it.

If you have a non-English version of Skyrim, it might be worthwhile to find other users of the same language version and see if they are experiencing the same issue. It is not uncommon for different bugs to crop up in different language setups.

Hopefully someone will come along and be able to assist you with this problem.

Thank you for your advice, but unfortunately I´m using the English Version of Skyrim(I don´t like most of the Translation, the Word Jokes and other stuff often get´s lost while making the Synchronization)

I´ll now ReInstall Windows (Maybe some junkdata from the Mods is still around and causing Problems)

And if it works without Mod´s I´ll try to narrow down what Mod caused the Problem I just post it here and contact the Maker of the Mod.

UPDATE: Other Trade Dialogue Options work just fine for example If I ask Lucan Valerius for Spellbooks the Trade Interface opens and I can still use the other Dialogue Options later, but If I use the "What have you got for Sale Option?" it deletes, like everytime, every other Dialogue Option except for "What have you got for Sale?".

UPDATE & SOLUTION: If you have the same Problem look if you have a Mod called "Septimbitz - A new shop & Quest giver in Whiterun"it was automatically download by downloading Skyrim from Steam, you should deactivate it in the Data Files Menu of the Skyrim Startscreen(I mean the one with the Options "Play Game" ; "Options"; "Data Files; Tech Support ; "Exit"

Because that was the Mod that gave me all the Trouble and I didn´t even downloaded it on purpose. The Maker of the Mod is already informed (i looked the Mod up, there was a post about it)

Topic can be closed

& thanks to IsharaMeradin for the Help (I switched to german speech version and found the automatically downloaded Mod´s there by accident)

That's not the same problem, plus this thread is from 2012. Make your own thread please.
