But the chances of this being made when simple mods that could take an hour or two, or less, to make get ignored... very nearly zero. That river town looks like it'd be, in total, several times the size of Solitude. There also isn't really a good place for this, since there are no large rivers. So it'd have to be in it's own worldspace or extended off the map with a no boundaries thing or something... I'm always in love with mods that add new cities.
