And the BrokenSteelIronSights directly under the Broken Steel one?That is not it at all. The DLCs are loaded in the correct order. The plugins for the game and DLCs should be in the same order. Where the Iron Sights plugins are located is fine. They are just in the wrong order. Look at the arrangement of the Fallout.esm and then the DLC .esm files.
