Viola Giordano is invisible

Yep. Can see right through her. A good things she has an indicator floating above her so I was still able to trace her and have a chat in the "Blood On The Ice" quest. It should prove interesting however when I come across the 'mission' to place a ring in a chest inside her house.

 

Does anybody have any Idea what might cause her to have bcome invisible? Is it a vanilla bug? It's not the first play-through I have this issue. But then, the "Blood On The Ice" quest always had bugs waiting around every corner.

 

Still, I'd like to know if other people also had her go ethereal in grand fashion. I could post screenshots, but that's a bit pointless.

In my playthru with Skyrim LE I used to have the mods HTD, EBD and HTD hair. The combination of those 3 mods made sometimes invisible NPC's. But most of the time they where random generated like guards, bandits or vampires. However Anise was always invisible too.

Don't know you play with these mods in Skyrim SE now, but if you have the mod More informative console you might be able to see what mod did the last changes. If it is just a little bug or glitch on your pc you can try the console command "setactoralpha 100". Maybe it helps.

Windhelm seems to give more problems than the other cities. I don't like 'Blood on the Ice' anyway, so I have adopted 'Anna's Hjerim ' to bypass it, although before I did that I noticed it had changed from how it was done in Legendary a few years ago (not for the better). 'The White Phial' often gets confused between a Briar Heart and a Forsworn Heart, so that that becomes difficult to complete. An early go at 'Rise in the East' was made easier in picking up the ledger by the owner being still stuck by the gate being abused by the 2 rough Nords. Why is the Aretino residence locked if he is expecting someone to arrive?
