How do I get rid of "Last time game ran" error pop up.

Hi,

I get the pop up that tells me that last time I ran the game a script extender .dll plugin failed to load.

 

I nuked everything in my game folder, returning to a completely default game.

 

However the pop up still pops up telling me about the .dll error, I can dismiss it, but on Vortex restart, it will be back up.

 

I was wondering where Vortex reads this information and if I can delete said file?

It's from the skse log file in C:\Users\Tannin\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE (or f4se or whatever, depending on the game).

 

But if you're going to continue modding you're probably going to use the script extender in the future so the easiest solution may be to just update/drop the failing plugins and then start the game without outdated se plugins.

Ah gotcha.

Was trying all kinds of things except starting the game without the .dll file.

Error cleared now.
