Some Skyrim Special Edition Mods Not Loading In-Game?

Hi,

 

I installed the latest version of of Skyrim - Special Edition, the latest version of Vortex, SKSE64 (latest edition) for Special Edition, and various mods.

All of those mods are installed activated in Vortex.

I'm running the game via SKSE64, but some of the mods appear in the Mods category in the game's menu, but they're not activated. Why is that and how can I fix it? I fixed all the conflicts so everything should work fine.

As a general rule, don't use the in-game load order manager, it'll break whatever you set with Vortex.

 

Are there specific mods this happens to? Do they have anything in common?

Which are Creation Club mods installed by Bethesda and which are mods managed by Vortex? They are not the same.
