I am stumped do you know where this comes from?

Hello and thanks for taking a look at my post.

I am trying to figure out where this active effect is coming from whether it be a mod or my game I am lost it does not seem to be affecting game play though I would not know since I have had it since I remember and this is my first play through yes with all these mods ;p

System Specs: can run the hell out of Skyrim no worries ;p

Been seearching diffrent forums, wiki and cant find any spell/active effects that is even close to this one, it is probably a thing from a mod :ermm:

i agree with shadiva, if you have an effect which isn't natural in game its most likely from one of your mods.

You can try 'help blind' in the console. You don't have any of the mods I remember having that effect though. To get rid of it try player.dispelallspells.
