Need Help Solving Crashing near Falkreath

I Need Help with solving why my game crashes whenever I try to got to Falkreath I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple mods to no effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated Here is my load order

Are you sure all those mods are for Skyrim SE? There seem quite a few that are for Oldrim. And does the crash happen midway while playing normally and approaching Falkreath or when fast-travelling?
