In January Paypal made the payment - no premium, I contacted support who initially said that they were awaiting payment from paypal. Then I did receive: "I can confirm that I can see your payment via the payment gateway but for some reason your account did not automatically update, likely due to some sort of communication issue between the payment processor and our servers." In February, same issue, Paypal made the payment, no premium. Emailed support on the 5th March and have received no reply. I want to support the site but if this is to be a continual thing monthly then it's more trouble than it's worth. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm afraid I can't see any emails in our support inbox from the email linked to your account (not even the old conversation you're referring to). Please send me a PM including the email you sent the messages from and I'll take a look (you may also want to update your account email address?). My guess is it got filtered out for some reason (this seems to happen randomly). We respond to most support emails in 1-2 working days. So if it had arrived you'd have got a response already. At that time you were using a different email address though and, as you say, we did address your issue then. As my colleague pointed out, we have not received an email from the email your account is attached to now. It seems to be an unusual email provider, so that might be the issue. Regardless, we have updated your account/subscription and I have set a reminder to check on your account in one month's time to ensure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for your support!
