EnaiSiaion
Not sure what the added value is of a tool that doesn't automatically inform you about mod updates. Might as well use the Nexus to look up mods, then subscribe on lolworkshop. Saying this as both a mod user and a mod publisher who wants people to keep up with updates... bben46
@Dandolf: Huh wut? :psyduck: If no one knows what you are talking about why would you expect a reply? What error report? sent to where? Relating to what? We get around 300 to 500 posts on a slow day. and have seen over 2500 in one day. - posting in the first topic you see is a quick way to be ignored. if you want help with something - go to the specific forum. The News, Rules and announcements is not a troubleshooting forum. If it is with NMM, go to the NMM beta forums to report it. If the problem is with a specific game - it is best to post in the troubleshooting forum for that specific game. If you think it is a bug in the program, submit a bug report in the bug report topic - don't expect a personal response from the developer though. As if he stops work on the bugs and programming to answer very one of the hundreds of bug reports he wouldn't get any work done. He MAY send a PM asking for more info - but if it is something that has been reported previously probably not. On a real bug, he may get over a hundred reports. On a one off, he will file it and wait to see if someone else reports it. First tell us what the problem is. Then, possibly a log file. Hopefully some one will notice something - if not how would you deal with - say 300 replies all at least a paragraph and all saying - I looked at you report and didn't find anything. Many with inane suggestions on something unrelated to your real problem. Most people who post solutions only post when they have something useful to say. Not getting responses does not mean you are being ignored - although that is possible if the experts think you are wasting their time. OR posting in the wrong place.
