Pickysaurus Posted March 17, 2020 Share Posted March 17, 2020 If both types of download are slow, it sounds like it's something between your PC and our servers. Smaller and larger files come from completely different locations, and our various servers are in different locations too. It may be a limit imposed by your ISP or possibly just a bad connection somewhere along the lines. Might be worth flagging with your ISP for an investigation, I'm not sure there's much - if anything - we can do from our end.
