Ridiculously slow download speeds

Few things I need to clear up first:
I am not a Premium member and am using an ad blocker, so my speed should be limited to 1MB (which is usually the speed in which my internet stays in anyways).

I live in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

My public IP address is 187.63.177.50.

The results when I ping files.nexus-cdn.com are:

I am downloading two Skyrim SE mods (SMIM SE 2.08 and Skyrim 2020 2.8 Update) from https://files.nexus-cdn.com/1704/659/SMIM%20SE%202-08-659-2-08.7z?md5=Bvn9kU92B3ps6NpQ-mV7lw&expires=1584489762&user_id=44671472&rip=187.63.177.50 and https://files.nexus-cdn.com/1704/2347/Skyrim%202020%202.8%20Update%20by%20Pfuscher-2347-2-8-1580225587.7z?md5=Zbxprn8B5xhwHiS3HmES1A&expires=1584488371&user_id=44671472&rip=187.63.177.50

My download speeds are as follows below:

But my speedtest says as follows:

Edit: I forgot to mention that it only downloads for a few minutes, and then the download times out.

Update: It doesn't even start downloading now; whenever I resume it's just stuck at 0B/s.

Can anyone help me out? This is driving me insane...

I just posted about this too, I'm in America and my download speed should be about 2mb/s because my ad-blocker is turned off but it's maxing out at around 80kb/s

Yeah no I'm not giving out my ip on a public forum, and you probably shouldn't have either. It's a huge security issue and irresponsible of Nexus to ask people to do this

No, it's not a huge security issue. Your public IP is just that, public. Every single website or web app you connect to sees it. It's not even unique, and likely changes quite regularly.
