The warning was given for the following reason: We are investigating this ban more closely and looking in to issues involving stolen assets from other users being used without permission along with copyrighted assets being used in mods uploaded by this user. As this could take some time I have unbanned the account and instead issued a formal warning with full restrictions, except downloading, in place. This will enable dogtown1 to use the site for browsing and downloading mods but nothing else until we complete our investigation.
