XanderVirtus Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 I created a custom race and in Creation Kit (and ingame) the color of the head is different then the color of the body. The head and body textures are exactly the same color, I even tested this by replacing them with the default cbbe textures, even then the mismatch occurs. I have been fiddling with everything, but I cannot seem to solve it. I also checked the tint sliders and such, nothing can solve it. What could be the cause of this? It only happens with my custom race, not the default races. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be forever grateful. It looks like the body color doesn't match the texture, it looks more purple then the actual texture does. That causes the mismatch. But how does it happen? M48A5 Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 This will happen if you haven't set the shader flags correctly in NifSkope. For both the body and head, the BSShaderPPLightingProperty Shader Type has to be set for "Skin". For the body, you need to set the FaceGen shader flag.
