Fo3edit tool/NMM = CTD still

Not sure why I am crashing to desktop after game runs for a few minutes? I use NMM for mods(Mods that are taged to be able to use the NMM. Meaning if I see a mod that has a DOWNLOAD WITH MANAGER tab I dl them that way) I can manualy install aswell, but that gets complicated if I have a huge ammount of mods to load after awhile for me. To avoid the headache I just install mods that show the:"DOWNLOAD WITH MANAGER" tab.

The problem I am having is after I ran the Fo3edit tool. I see no errors on the information list AT ALL. I made a patch merge file just incase I might had miss something. So thats in, and there is nothing showing in that file header under the Patch Merge file. So I think I am good. However when I load the game and continue from a recent save I can move around like normal for a couple of minutes before I CTD? I am not sure how to fix a problem when the Fo3edit tool does not show a problem. For the record I launch from the Foose.exe and not the Fallout.exe. I launch from foose do to the fact I have a mod that needs foose for it to work. If I even try to launch from the Fallout.exe. I will get an instant crash. IE Foose atleast gets me in game. I read somewheres that if you use the Fo3edit tool and still crash, I may need something else. Some other tool. But I can not even begin to know where to look as of now for such a tool. I searched these forums. Nothing. I searched Nexus site. Nothing. So I am out of options of what to do to stop these Crashes To Desktop.

I launch the game through NMM and the Foose.exe, which is up to date.

All hardware has been updated

I downloaded the recent Fallout 3 patch before I installed any mods.

ArchiveInvaladation is checked for the NMM. The NMM has this built in so I can toggle this off and on in a jiffy.

As far as I know, my load order is right. In the NMM when you highlight a plugin, a little menu pops up on the side of the plugin to tell you what needs to go first, before your mod plugin. The Fo3edit tool will also pick this up, if load order is wrong.

So if nothing is showing being broke, how do I fix it?

I uninstalled Fallout 3 and DLC's, and installed several times.

I uninstalled all my mods and installed a few times.

Thanks for reading, and hope this can be fixed.

Right now I only have a few armor mods, reskin of Rileys Rangers. and GNR enhanced radio. Well do to me trying to pinpoint which mod is causeing the problem. I had a lot more. But the thing is, I installed the Fo3edit tool to prevent me from haveing to go through each mod and trying to figure out which mod is causeing the CTD. Before I even started going through mod by mod, my Fo3edit tool showed no errors in the discription list, meaning It was telling me there are no conflicts so all the mods should had worked in unisin. A merge patch that I created in this tool, ALSO was not showing a header to a master file. Meaning I did not even need a merge patch in the first place. I run the game through the NMM and launch it with the FOSE.exe, since the Fallout.exe launch will instantly CTD. The NMM has a tool to check your plugin load orders. And my load orders where set using this feature. How I launch:

Click Fallout 3 Nexus shortcut from desktop. This brings me inside the NMM and my mods and plugin lists.

Make sure I scroll down to the launch feature in the top left to bring up the FOSE.exe(usually only have to set this once)

Click on the tool Icon to make sure my ArchiveInvaladation is checked(usually only have to do this once)

Then I click on the Launch game with FOSE.exe which is also in my NMM.

The game loads up fine

Click Continue

My character loads up fine

Walks about 30 feet CTD

So it MIGHT either be a buggy save or a HUD problem. I can go back to an earlier save, but if it is a HUD problem(although the F03edit tool does not pick it up) I was hopeing there was a program that fixes the HUD problem, before I go back to an earlier save first. I mention HUD only do to me thinking Gopher mentioned something in one of his videos about if you still crash when you use the Fo3edit tool then something else is causeing the crash an not the mods, but:

1)I have no idea which video of his mentions this. He made several videos on how to load mods for: Fallout 3/Fallout New Vegas/Skyrim.

2)I vagly remember there might be two causes of this CTD. A HUD problem and/or something else. But I do not know the name of such file programs that may fix the problem. Or where to find them. Like I said I did a search on these forums, and on the Nexus site and nothing shows up that tells me: "If you still crash useing the Fo3edit tool, then download this tool to fix the CTD."
