IsharaMeradin
I trust you started the game at least once prior to adding mods. If not, that can cause some issues. Specifically to the issue, if you are crashing when switching to the female character there is an issue with something being loaded at that time. There could be too many assets (i.e. hundreds of hair styles). There could be a broken asset (i.e. bad mesh). The mod RaceMenu has some coding built in that helps with the memory when accessing character creation. It may help if you are not already using it. If you are and you are still crashing, you may need to test out your mods that affect the female character. You may find that individually each mod works but in combination they do not. At that point it is either a conflict in files / records or simply too much to be loaded at once.
Guest deleted80903
^ The hair caching issue mentioned above is one of the more likely causes. Another would be your female skeleton, if you installed some mod for female body physics. The fact that you are outright crashing and not just having things display funny sounds like it's either a memory issue or a corrupt resource issue. Another thing that could mess you up would be a female head mesh replacer that your setup doesn't like for some reason.
EgoAltar
One thing you may want to try as a temporary work-around: When in the character creation menu, choose Argonian, then switch to female, then switch race back to Nord, Breton, etc. This was suggested to me years ago on LE, and it worked at the time.
