[LE] Not sure if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong

This is the second level I have made in the Skyrim Creation Kit. The first one was much more basic, but I never had any issues with loading it in the game. I have checked to make sure that the doors are linked correctly, and that there are no other doors anywhere in the level that have a teleport location. Is there a different type of door that I need to be using if there is no load screen between doors, or is this some other issue that I am not sure about. I will attach an Imgur link with screenshots from within the Creation Kit, and then what it looks like when I walk into the level. The 2 pictures with the iron door and the stone thing in front of the camera are what it looks like when entering. (I am not able to move, and there is a lot of graphical tearing.) It feels like everything is loading into the exact same position in the dungeon when I enter it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the creation kit double click and edit the first section of hallway in your cell and check the 3-D values. The first section should be at x=0, y=0 and z=0. If the values are too large it can cause problems with everything trying to render at the limit of the cell size. That's the only thing I can think of.

Turns out this was part of the answer. I moved everything over, so that the beginning was at origin, and that did not work. I then thought it might still have something to do with that, so I took out excess hallways and made the level wrap around itself a bit more, and it works now. With that being said, I think the problem was that I had parts of the level that were way too far away from origin. I would not have figured this out if it were't for your comment though. Thanks you so much for your help!

Interior cells have a limit in their dimensions and you can not build in a straight line indefinitely in any one of the 3 axes, imagine it as a big invisible square that you are allowed to build ONLY inside of it, anything that is placed outside of that border/limit will be moved to your XYZ=0 axes or wherever your coc marker is, and it can only be seen in game (the gathering of meshes one inside the other).

* I don't remember the exact number of the cell's dimension.

Might still be huge, because in one of my mods, i have a great room at the end of a freaking long tunnel and never faced such issue.

You only encounter such issues while contracting massive cells.

Not sure what your question is other than the load screen between doors. The answer is no there is no other way. Load doors will always have a load screen.

If the area you're connecting is really right next to each other you could use the door version that just opens /closes. Other than that you will will always get a load screen.
