rfun777
I have been playing and modding fallout 4 for years now and have never had issues like this. I recently wanted to start a new play through, downloaded a few new mods (Diamond city expansion, welcome to neighbor, the skk fast start mods, couple new weapon mods, etc. Started up and walking from vault 111 to sanctuary it would CTD everytime. Tried disabling mods and eventually made it to sanctuary. Then anytime i would try to fast travel to diamond city it would CTD. Thought i had figured it out to be the diamond city mod and got rid of it, could then fast travel to diamond city. Then started having the crashes again, and went back to disabling mods trying to figure it out, couldn't. Disabled the skk mods and it was fine for a while again. Then it started again so i thought maybe my save was just toast after all of this. Started a new game with start me up instead of skk fast start and it was fine for the whole hour i spent cleaning up sanctuary. Decided to go get dogmeat and head from red rocket to rescue preston and friends. Every time i get just in between red rocket and concord it again CTD. I have no idea now what is going on. Please any tips would be great. I used LOOT and have used FO4EDIT to clean the files it suggested. Last thing to note is that i recently upgraded from a gtx 1050ti to a 1660 super and have an i5 7600 with 16GB RAM, and my computer and drivers are all up to date. I'll attach a text document with my load order copied from LOOT. Thanks in advance for any help!

Wererommel
Settlement expansion mods sometimes do that.
JimmyRJump
Make sure nothing is interfering with the game, like an anti-virus solution or its firewall. Also, if the game is installed on a mechanical hard drive, perform a disk-check to see if there's faulty sectors on the drive. Check BethINI to sort and restore your ini files to get rid of left-behind entries from mods that you have deleted from the game. Copy/paste your load order between spoiler tags instead of adding a downloadable file.
