Payment Issues

I tried buying a 1 Month - Premium Membership to test it out before buying lifetime and I'm damn glad I did.

The payment went through on my end and shows up in PayPal but did not go through NEXUS payment system:

 

“Your card payment details were declined by our payment processor. This could be because your card details are incorrect or because your bank is blocking the payment (e.g. your bank thinks this payment is fraudulent). Please either call your bank to find out what the issue is or choose the "Pay Pal" option from the drop-down menu to pay via Pay Pal. 95% of the time people who experience this issue are able to successfully pay with the Pay Pal option.”

 

I did not buy with credit card, as stated above it was Pay Pal, and it went through fine on Pay Pal side.

I contacted the support via E-Mail also adding an image with the transaction info for verification. Since that contact was over a week ago now, without any form of contacting me back, I'm trying to see if I can get any kind of response here to get this issue resolved.

Currently I still would like to use that Premium membership I paid for (Ending one Month after activation not after payment that is) and not a Refund.

I've done a lookup on your email address and can see it is in a spam report from Google on the 24th of April so unfortunately it never reached our support desk.

 

I have informed the community management team about this thread and the issue with the spam so hopefully they will get back to you when they are in work on Monday.
