I have max 70kb/s as Downloadspeed did everything what is able on that side.

And i changed the Download Location too and nothing changes

The article you linked asks for more information. We need all the information asked for in order to try and troubleshoot this issue further.

 

At a guess, if you have tried every single download location and they all have slow speeds then this would suggest your ISP has a routing issue. We have servers in 7 different countries spread out across the world so if ALL of them are slow then something is very wrong with your connection somewhere along the route. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to resolve this as it is to do with infrastructure we have no control over.
