Someone else is the Dragonborn

What about a roleplaying mod that makes the PC just another person.

You can live the life of a peasant, a beggar, an adventurer, or even a thief or a bandit.

Yeah, you can already do that, BUT, you still are the Dragonborn, you are the most important person alive in Tamriel right now!

This mod would make it so you arent, even if you kill a dragon you dont absorb the soul, and if you go near a wall of shouts, you dont recieve its wisdom.
And every once in a while, a "notice board" will update, or maybe a courrier would run to you with news, of this other guy everyone calls Dovahkiin, that joined the fight againts the dragons, and after a while another news, that the same guy has killed Alduin bane of kings. (Main quests would be automaticaly won)

Then, another news, the people of Solstheim are now free again!

You could still join the Civil War, and the faction you choose, thats the faction the DB joins, and you can see him using shouts, and running, and slashing his enemies, just like Ulfric as described in the book The Bear of Markarth, but you would be a regular soldier.

You could also still do every side quest, join the thieves guild, the dark brotherhood and stuff, but the main quests will be automated.

If this could be done, it would be amazing to couple it with Live Another Life, or Skyrim Unbound, or any other roleplaying mods out there.

Thanks for reading. :)

I was just thinking the same thing recently. One thing to add on, is to add a select menu at the start of the playthrough that allows the player to choose the race and sex of the dragonborn, maybe with the possibility of being a snow elf if the player has dawnguard. The dragonborn's appearance will be one of the randomized options in the race menu depending on whatever race they are.

Well, I like the idea. It would be awesome if you could sort of become close with the Dragonborn, your actions eventually leading to him/her asking for your help. Of course, only if it makes sense. If you haven't made some sort of name for yourself as someone who helps others, the Dragonborn won't be interested in you. But if he/she is and you agree to travel with/help him/her, you'll slowly gain fame as the friend of the Dragonborn.

Perhaps, for those who end up wishing at some point that they could use shouts after all, a possibility for the Dragonborn to teach the voice to you, although it'll take much longer as you're NOT dragonborn. But neither was Ulfric- yet he could shout.
