Old North Church Crash

Hi, I am having a crash whenever I enter the Old North Church or if I load a save inside the Old North Church. No error message. The crash doesn't occur if I disable the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch mod in Vortex. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I am using Windows 10 for my OS. Here are the other mods that I am using:

Brawl Bug Loose Files
Craftable Cannonballs plus Railway Spikes and Harpoons
Elevator Buttons Fix (Contraptions)
Faster Terminal Displays
Kooj's Raptor Power Armor Frame 1.0
Loot Detector
Place Everywhere
Settler Sandbox Overall 4.0 3x Radius
Shaikujin's Better warning for settlements being attacked - SkjAlert V5.1
You Talk Too Much

This only happens for one of my characters. I loaded a previous character from an old game and the crash doesn't occur. Thanks in advance.

This has happened to me (a crash whenever entering the Old North Church) but that was due to a mod that made changes to Desdemona's outfit. You don't have anything that makes changes to Desdemone or any of the RailRoad members, nor do I see anything having to do with the area.

If you have the crash only with the UF4P patch then try continuing without it until you've become a member of the RailRoad. Meanwhile, you could go to their website and have a look at what bugs were fixed pertaining to the church and/or RailRoad.

If anything, the only mod that could remotely have an impact is the Better Warning For Settlements mod, as it may affect Ghouls, some of which are inside the church.

Crashes also happen when you break the quest order. You should get the "Follow the Freedom Trail" quest before going to the church. It is not necessary to visit all the landmarks.

You can get the "Follow The Freedom Trail" by overhearing talk in Diamond City. I've visited the Old North Church in the past before getting the Trail quest but then there's no RailRoad entry to be seen. And it didn't crash my game. This being said, the Freedom Trail is one of the toughest surroundings in the game, all the way from Swann Pond, Boyston Club and Goodneighbor to the church with severe framedrops and high RAM use. That combination can lead to crashes along the way and even upon entry to the church on machines that are right at the edge of what's needed in terms of system RAM and GPU RAM. That area alone was what made me decide to finally get rid of my MSI R7970 Lighting which had 'only' 3GB of RAM and get a GPU with 8GB of V-RAM.
