HUD Status Bars mod conflicting with other mods

Would normal "Darnified UI", "Oblivion XP Update" and "Simple and Better Inventory" have conflicts with this mod?

 

I installed all 3 with OBMM. The HUD is still that of Oblivion XP Update but the Orb compass shows up. When I deactivated this mod and Darnified UI then load my saved game, the game crashes.

Of course your game is going to crash if you load a game that's been saved with DarnUI activated and have it deactivated.

HUD Status bars mod needs heavy editing in the config files, I use it with DarnUI

You need to edit the Hud Status Bars.ini file
