blue textures and CTD

this started a bit after i downloaded some texture based stuff to pretty up the population of skyrim a little bit, along with some overworld textures. i figured something was corrupted and the only way to fix it was a flat clean install. the blue textures included things like the windows in whiterun, and anywhere else that texture was used, as well as a bunch of random items like wooden chairs and benches. i since deleted anything that changed overworld textures except for the static mesh improvement mod. got to whiterun using a test character and it turned out a clean install didnt fix it. i dont know the full extent of the issue but i know that in the places ive seen it, its glaringly obvious and annoying.

 

left game to check vortex for anything i missed and the game started CTDing while loading the main menu. ill paste the load order. i don't often change anything about it unless vortex prompts a conflict.

Just deleting stuff corrupts a lot in the game.

Install everything with a mod manager and do not overwrite the original directory with all this stuff.

Overwriting might work with a handfull mods, however, with your list, no chance to have it running.

Clean start and first install should be a mod manager.

i am indeed using a manager. this is from the absolute cleanest install i could get and i uninstalled the potential mods i thought was causing it through the manager. i also cleared all my save files so the character i was testing it on was fresh too.
