Mgamerz
I've been a premium subscriber for years and over the past few months I've noticed the premium speeds I get are not very good. They seem to be worse than the free tier (with ads) according to your 2MB/s documentation. (Note MB = Megabyte and Mb= Megabit in this post. I know many users don't know the difference) Country: US (West)ISP: CenturyLink, speeds 80Mbps down / 40Mbps down Download tests Paris - Site took too long to respondAmsterdam - 365 KB/sPrague - 320KB/sLos Angeles - 1,250 KB/sChicago - 760KB/sMiami - 680KB/sSingapore - 215KB/s Large file: https://miami-premium.nexus-cdn.com/208/691/Project%20Variety%202.1.1-691-2-1-1-1588232554.7z?md5=Fnq55IjTH23T0hzpfF4x1A&expires=1589830829&user_id=2462864&rip=75.174.187.64Small file: https://cf-files.nexusmods.com/cdn/208/833/Phantom%20Introduction%20Mod%20-%20Mod%20Manager-833-1-0-1589758961.7z?md5=Js9XAtJOeQy_zWCDyE0B7w&expires=1589830936&user_id=2462864&rip=75.174.187.64 Tracing route to files.nexus-cdn.com [185.180.13.131]over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.1.1 2 1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 192.168.0.1 3 16 ms 15 ms 16 ms boid-dsl-gw17.boid.qwest.net [184.99.64.17] 4 15 ms 15 ms 15 ms boid-agw1.inet.qwest.net [184.99.65.129] 5 26 ms 27 ms 26 ms sea-brdr-03.inet.qwest.net [67.14.41.154] 6 * * * Request timed out. 7 42 ms 42 ms 42 ms 4.69.219.206 8 43 ms 43 ms 42 ms be3094.ccr22.sea02.atlas.cogentco.com [154.54.10.245] 9 46 ms 46 ms 46 ms be3716.ccr21.sfo01.atlas.cogentco.com [154.54.86.105] 10 46 ms 46 ms 46 ms be3178.ccr21.sjc01.atlas.cogentco.com [154.54.43.70] 11 47 ms 47 ms 46 ms be3176.ccr41.lax01.atlas.cogentco.com [154.54.31.189] 12 47 ms 46 ms 46 ms be3271.ccr41.lax04.atlas.cogentco.com [154.54.42.102] 13 47 ms 46 ms 46 ms 38.142.236.35 14 47 ms 46 ms 46 ms unassigned.cdn77.com [185.229.188.59] 15 * 47 ms * unn-185-180-13-131.datapacket.com [185.180.13.131] 16 46 ms * 47 ms unn-185-180-13-131.datapacket.com [185.180.13.131] Trace complete. Pickysaurus
Sorry you didn't get a reply earlier. I suspect this thread got buried at the time. If the figures you posted are still correct I'm afraid it doesn't look like something we can fix on our end. Limited speed to all CDN nodes implies a "weak link" somewhere in the chain between your PC and our servers. It seems odd because your trace doesn't look particularly slow. Can you try a different connection (such as a mobile data connection or a VPN) to see if the speeds are better there?
