Outline of my Screen is Perpetually Blurry?

I'll be playing the game, and all of sudden the outline of my screen is blurry, but not the center. This is caused by something, but I'm still not sure what. As soon as it happens, however, it won't go away and I have to reload an old save before the effect started and hope that it doesn't relapse.

 

I thought it might be a night vision bug, but the only mod I have that effects night vision is Predator Vision. I tried uninstalling this mod and reloading a game where I was having the blurry screen problem, only to find that the edge of the screen was still blurry. This blurriness lingers even if I disable ENB, uninstall dance of death or predator vision. Has anyone else experienced this particular issue before?

Well, I tried installing this plug-in, http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8132

 

It seemed to get rid of the blurriness. It would seem that I was wrong and the blurriness was, in fact, caused by the mod Predator Vision.

<p>I've just installed SkyRe, and I'm having the same problem, but I don't have (and never have had) Predator Vision. I did have SkyRealism, which made the world blurry if I was sick or injured, cold, or drunk, or thirsty. I made sure none of those things was true, slept repeatedly, and finally uninstalled SkyRealism. My world is still blurry. I disabled Frostfall, (just set exposure to 0.0)  ate and drank and slept more, reloaded, relocated... nothing is helping. it's horrible. Can anyone offer any suggestions?</p>

<p>Never solved this- but fixed it, by rolling back to a save just after installing SkyRe, and UNinstalling SkyRealism. No idea what specifically caused the issue.</p>

Having this exact same problem man. But I fixed it, thank god i did. It was terrible. I just reloaded a save from awhile ago and starting from there D:. Thats probably your best bet man. Good luck
