Can you import a mod order onto a different PC?

So I have my load order correct on my PC. Now I want to export the mod order and then import it over onto my laptop. I have all the mods I want in a download folder. I figured I would install/enable them onto my laptop. Can I take the file (C:\users\<YOUR NAME>\appdata\roaming\vortex\<NAME OF GAME>\profiles\<NAME OF PROFILE>\) that has the load order and replace the one on my laptop and the mod order would be correct? Anyone try it?
