Is there any plugin to export to ms3d format?

I try to find a 3ds max plugin which is able to export to ms3d format. Because it takes time for converting which exports from max to obj in 3ds max, then export from obj to ms3d format in Milkshape 3D.

 

Anybody helps me, please?. Thank in advance

since it hasn't been updated in a long while I am guessing it only works for up to about Max v9 though.
