Vortex Changes ends of .exe files and others, now they wont work

So I was trying to use Body Slides and couldnt get it to work to find out the end of the exes are changed and because of that i can not get them to run, removing the excess added onto the .exe does not fix this either

Those are symlinks, although I'm not sure how you ended up with that as they aren't compatible with Bethesda games. You need to change the deployment method to hardlink in your mod settings. Vortex should be giving you an error about this
