I rotate bettween elder scrolls and falliut 3 and new vegas acording to my mood, if I´m in the mood for fantasy medieval world elderscrolls :) if it´s for post apocalipse modern day game I´ll go for fallout I never play the games at the same time, I still play morrowind and oblivion and honestly I can spend hours just taking walks in the woods in oblivion and morrowind while in skyrim I really don´t feel like I feel with previews elder scrolls, first the setting is depressing all snowy areas and stuff, the creatures are not that interesting and the quests XDXDXDXD where are the quests? Quests in skyrim are a joke compared to other elder scrolls games, even fallout has more interesting quests than skyrim.

I just started playing Oblivion on the PC. Played it on the Xbox. Was looking forward to Skyrim but,was disappointed with it. Now I'm back to Oblivion but,on the PC.

Modding.I love all the mods you can try. You can finally make a game the way you want to play it.

Just started playing OB again from a year and a half break. It was Sheogorath in Skyrim making references to Shivering Isles that made me miss TES 4. Also, I noticed a few amazing mods were released since I played last.

Oh yeeeahh. Still playing this fantastic game, Got bored playing Skyrim after 6 months and returned to play this beautiful game with mods ahhh so much to do and so much to see.

I know a lot of skyrim fans would deny this : sure Skyrims graphic engine is much more crisp and clear but Oblivions gameworld is so colourful and so beautiful rendered.

I got my own shop, money deposited in the bank of cyrodill,Card collecting,A forge in anvil,Glenvar castle where i have my own botany,My own battlehorn castle,a mod that makes me progress 5x times slower in skills, all official plugins,

Kvatch rebuild, 5 new huge towns with quests, 300 new ingredients for alchemy, 350 new weapons + 450 new armor types, new clothes, my own pirate crew, a pirate isle with new quests and the abillity to buy pirate ships and go plunder other

ships, A furniture mod where i can buy and place them ecxactly where i want. Someone please help me get my life back

You Betch Ya!!!! Been down the console path, and just now trying my hand at PCing. I always liked Oblivion as a "Middle of the Road" TES game, you know, somewhere between the story writing/ options of Morrowind, and the graphics of Skyrim (didn't care for it's game play/ lack of options). With the help of you modding pros, I'm really looking forward to all the things I never did on the console!!!! This is a brand new-old game for me!!

I love Skyrim. Lot's of fun, like the world, love Lydia, but it'll never be Oblivion. Maybe it's the nostalgia I get whenever I hear the them music, or that moment when you face off against the giant slaughterfish, or the confusion of being contacted by Lucien and having no idea who you killed, but there was just some magic (mysticism, anyone?) that Oblivion boasts that will always keep it close to my heart. DB will always be Dark Brotherhood to me, not Dragonborn.

In terms of mods... well, I am usually a console gamer, and just installed Oblivion a few days ago. I've played it on the 360, but the realm of mods is new territory for me, so I don't have mush to day in that regard. Maybe 'A Brotherhood Renewed' if you like the assassins?
