duskav3ng3r117
Hi everyone I've been modding my New Vegas again and ran into an issue I cant seem to find the solution for. I get crashes after 10 minutes of playing during loading screens and fast travel. I have NVAC installed and turned off auto saves for everything. Attached a photo of my load order:
M48A5
What do you have installed that does not show in the load order? Looking for the 4GB patch that needs to be used with NMC Texture Pack. You need to uninstall and remove the TTW patch you have installed.
madmongo
Get rid of New Vegas Stutter Remover. On my computers it worked great on Windows 7 but caused the same crashes that you are getting on Windows 10. Others have reported crashing problems with it on Windows 10 as well. dubiousintent
To supplement madmongo's advice: Please see the 'Issue: CTD after 10-20 minutes of play (post-Win10 2017 FCU)' and 'Issue: CTD without warning, "Out of Memory error", or stops responding after the Main Menu' entries in the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide. As an alternative to NVSR, if you are running Win7 or Win10, try using the "New Vegas Tick Fix (NVTF)" mod instead. However, until NVTF includes the option, you may want to continue to use NVSR for the "iThreadsFixedToCPUs" setting.-Dubious-
duskav3ng3r117
Hey thanks for the replies. I managed to get it stable by replacing NVSR with NVTF. Thanks for your help.
