Ironman5000
I am having a strange issue where after having a tab open for a short while it becomes non responsive over the last hour, leading to a popup stating that it is not responding and is forced to shut down. I have scanned the computer for malware and found nothing so just looking for answers in case this becomes a lingering problem for me. EDIT: Basically the issue discussed here, plus a I am getting alerted about "A plugin (Shockwave Flash) isn't responding...maybe related? EDIT 2: Can someone test this link? It's the reply button link for nexus 'last poster wins' in the off topic section, where I usually visit on a daily basis...because I visit often could it be something related to my history or cookies or similar? My problem isn't just this link, it's with several google searches too. I can close the tab and reopen and it will function again but soon after crash again  Edited January 11, 2013 by Ironman5000

RitualBlack
The last time I had browser issues (waterfox) it had to do with a certain version of AMD drivers, though it caused a memory leak instead of crashing (My browser was constantly using over 6gb of ram ). The link you wanted tested didn't do anything out of the ordinary on my browser. You could always try unisntalling your browser and all related plugins and reinstall the most recent version of your browser with updated plugins (flash/java/silverlight). Thor.
Hmm could be a long shot, but try sticking it in admin mode and windows 7 under compatibility mode. it might fix it, if your using pro oem 64bit.or uninstall it from scratch and try again http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif like BeyondTom mentioned. also what plugin is actually causing the error, you can uninstall them to aswell http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif Edited January 12, 2013 by Thor. Ironman5000
Cheers for the feedback, I just switched off last night and rebooted today. It seems to be running ok today but if it happens again I will refer back to this page
