SSE How to add one of 2 quest items to a chest depending on the quest stage?

Hi.

 

I've got 2 notes as quest aliases but I want to add only one of them to a chest (Also an alias in which the note will be created). One is to be added if the quest DunDarklightQst has stage 55 finished, the other is added if that quest has not passed stage 55.

 

I've added a papyrus fragment in stage 0 that sets one of 2 stages in the quest (10 or 20), depending if the Darklight Tower quest stage is completed or not.

 

I added 'Match Conditions' to the 2 note aliases. In one the condition is that my quest is at stage 10, For the other, I've set the condition to be that my quest is at stage 20. Both notes are flagged as 'optional'

 

Will this work?

 

If the player's done Darklight, they get one note in the chest. If they haven't, they get the other note?

 

If this won't work, how do I do it?

I'll have to get the quest in a state where it will fire and run to this point. The two letter system is much nicer for the player, because of the location the quest sends them to at the Ruins Of Rkund. They have to pass through Darklight Tower to get there, so there's a big difference if the player has cleared the place or not. One letter warns them of the Hagravens there. The other states that this may not be a prolem since word is that the player has already cleared the place of the Hags with Illia.
