I would like to know if I can do something or there is a mod to not change meshes whenever I equip an apparel? like editing something in creation kit or someting else. I'd like to play the gameplay normally with my preferred appearance of my character. I would be thankful if someone can help me.

There are various mods to change the body shape along with corresponding clothing/armor.

You just need to ensure that you are using the same type of armor that goes with the body.

If you are using a custom made body shape, then the only way to ensure that the armor is the same shape as the body is to reshape all of the armor in the game.

Sorry if you got confused i just edited my description, what I would like to know is to have my character not to change body appearance whenever I change my apparel. I would be thankful if I can learn something that can help.

What I like to happen is to always maintain the default mesh of my character which can be the nakedbody and whenever I change the Apparel I dont like it to affect my appearance.

Then you have to use armor or clothing that is the same type as the body.

What you see as the naked body is a .nif file that would be either femaleupperbody.nif or upperbody.nif (male).

The armor does not go over this mesh, but replaces it entirely with the mesh from the armor. What body parts that are displayed are part of the armor mesh, not the upperbody mesh.

That is why there are Type 3, Type 3M, Type 6, Type 6M, etc. armors, just to name a few.

However, you can come across some body replacers that do not have any armor. So you would use the closest fit.

The short answer: No.

Whenever you equip an outfit that uses the UpperBody slot in the game, that outfit completely replaces the default body mesh. There is no setting in the GECK to "fix" this. It's the way that the game is designed to work.

The reason for this is to avoid clipping problems and to reduce the amount of polygons the game engine has to draw. For example, if your character is wearing a T-shirt, their arms are visible, but their stomach isn't. So the body mesh included with the T-shirt outfits only includes the arms and a small bit of the top of the torso (basically, what's visible above the neck of the T-shirt). There's no need for your computer to waste a bunch of time drawing the character's stomach when it just gets covered up by the T-shirt anyway.

What you are asking for DOES NOT EXIST and CANNOT EXIST. The game doesn't work the way you want it to.

This is why you have to download clothing and armor that is designed for whatever body replacer you are using.

Either stick to clothing that is made for your specific body type (as was recommended already), or learn how to use a 3d modeling tool like Blender so that you can convert other clothing types to your body type.

Later games like Fallout 4 and Skyrim SE have Bodyslide available. I know that some people have been playing around with making Bodyslide work for Fallout New Vegas, but it's not what players use for this game and I don't know how much of it is working at this point.
