What should be in a clean Data folder?

Think I'm getting some troubles between all the mods I've tried.

 

I'd like to wipe the folder clean except for what absolutely needs to be there so I can go ahead with just the mods I know I want in it. Thanks much.

You could just back up anything you want to save and reinstall the program. Saves are kept in a separate folder, so you don't have to worry about that.
