thewaronandrew
I know your stance on mods that do not fit lore or the environment. I am sure there are conflicting views on this stance. I am not suggesting that we get rid of mods that do not fit lore or the environment. I am simply suggesting maybe a separate board for them? This way, those of us that aren't interested in skimming past the 20 posts about creating a furry character mod won't be bothered by it. Or if you don't want to make them feel isolated, a separate board for those of us that want to play the game hardcore. Survivalist Board? Fannon Board? The Non-Cannon tag is a great start. Only suggestions. If nothing changes, I will still support The Nexus Forums 100%.
Syntax1985
im not bothered about non lore mods, and to be honest its a shame so many people are. This site works great the way it is, and the problem with your idea is that for us who would download both, it then splits it into 2 categories which we have to search through. Is skimming past 20 posts about creating furry character mods such an inconvenience? i mean u have here 1 place u can download mods, discuss them, get support etc, the list goes on, for free, yet skimming past certain mods is such a pain? No ones pinning you down and forcing you to D/L said mods. you have a choice. The only via-ble way of getting what you'd like from my point of view is to simply create a new forum sticky, where people can post links to there lore fitting mods if they wish. that way you picky bunch can have all the lore fitting mods on 1 page. thewaronandrew
You're right. Maybe a lore-friendly sticky would do the trick.
LHammonds
So is there a fallout lore buff that actually has a list of lore-friendly mods and keeping a list handy? If not, use the Tag Search and place a checkmark in the "Lore-Friendly" tag to find all the ones that have been tagged so far. If you find any that are lore-friendly and are not tagged, simply tag them on the spot and they can be included in the auto-generated list. I do not really see the need to maintain a list when there is a search tag dedicated to it. The only possible exception would be an upload where the author disabled the search tags and it happens to be lore-friendly. LHammonds
