Requesting a Player House for keeping 10-20 followers

So I have been browsing/looking through many different houses and abodes here in skyrim nexus, and none really fit my needs:

I am looking first and foremost a house or hall or abode of some kind that will house anywhere between 10-20 followers with their own beds for each one.

This may be included as 'optional bigger guest/follower quarter' file for the house itself, to make the file more modular.

Another important factor is that said followers can access rest of the place - meaning no separate follower quarter that is isolated by loading screen from rest of the place.

This means complete nav-mesh of the entire place.

Other aspects I believe would be good to see:

- no loading doors between any places or rooms inside the abode itself.

- all necessary amenities including shrines, kitchen (with Hearthfire oven and features), smithing area (tanning rack, workbench, grindstone), Alchemy area (with appropriate garden, Enchanting area.

- Grand dining hall with plenty of food, lit candles, overhanging candle-chandlier things, wall light sources, big dining table enough for 20 or so people.

- Grand Library with enough bookshelves (ones where you can actually put books on them, not the book-case type ones) for 500+ books and reading area with fireplace (think library from the movie Beauty and the Beast).

- Possible display room/museum place for your daedric artifacts, and another for your armor, weapons, etc in 'dome' configuration (think temple of the one from oblivion or solitude temple of the divines, or skyrim's college of winterhold main lobby)

- Hot tub/ hot spring/ pool nav meshed (check luxury bathing suite for this, as well as 'everspring grotto' here in skyrim nexus)

- NPC hiring for the place should be optional (option to just fill it with your followers, with no other NPCs) and no NPC is necessary, no merchants or otherwise.

- Windows open to outside scenery with option to close the windows (see Castle

Theme could be anything you deem appropriate - but as long as it has the cozy-home/peaceful feeling, that would be great. That means no 'Evil Lair of Hydra' type of atmosphere.

For reference, please see the following house mods: Everspring Grotto (for its little bathing area and general peaceful feeling, as well as its simplicity), Vjarkell Castle (for its good location and general idea, but without so much extensive loading screens and empty spaces as well as poor placing of amenities and general emptiness), Castle Strunmah (for its unique coziness and the brilliant idea of opening up to the scenery outside the window), Limbwood Manor (for its peaceful and very tasteful structure as well as innovative idea and high-class feel).

Other good mods to reference maybe Lakeside Hideaway and Rayek's cave home.

Of course, all areas including grand dining room, library, pool, hotspring, hot tub, and other amenities should be nav-meshed and follower-friendly.

I realize this very extensive, but I am sure there are many others out there who are just as fed up with lack of comprehensive house that is made in good taste as myself. I hope someone is capable and willing to take on this daunting task, and create an excellent player-house that will stand at the top of the top 100 list of player-owned homes for skyrim.

Important aspect of this would be to make each spaces modular so we can pick and choose which places we want to include in our house - as optional files aside from ALL-IN-ONE file.

Also, if anyone knows of a mod that comes close to this ideal, please feel free to post here or let me know.

Dump..?

I SERIOUSLY do not understand why NONE of the player-home mods have even the slightest amount of thought toward having your many many followers live within it?

It makes absolutely no sense to me..

I too want NOTHING else but to have a home to house my many, MANY, followers.. like a family/army.

Everything else will be there anyway.. it ALWAYS is..

All player-home mod descriptions state they have all the SAME STUFF that EVERY OTHER player-home mod has.. absolutely the same thing..

But where is our HOME mod?

If anyone can think of a comparable home or is willing to take up the torch, I will be very grateful.

exactly, i want a player home thats like a mini castle, that you have a house for your family and then your followers and they are connected by secret passages as well as a balcony or something like that, that way i keep my children away from the blood thirsty beasts that i keep (all vampires :D)

It has:

8 beds for followers, 2 beds for children that could also be used for followers, and a master bedroom for your character.

A huge pool

A blacksmith room

An alchemy / enchanting room

A chapel room

A museum type room with lots of manequins and armor racks. Plus, it

has displays for dragon priest masks and dragon claws.

A nice kitchen

A big library

A danger room with enemies that you and your followers can battle

against to train.

No load doors

Just noticed this is an old thread. I'm sure there are a lot more house mods out there that have a lot of this stuff now. It will still be hard to get it all in a home with no cell loading though, without taking a hit to performance. There are some really cool house mods that do it, but they tend to be on the smaller side so that they don't take up too much computing resources.

With the follower management mods available today though, it shouldn't be too difficult for followers to sandbox between cells. The Multiple Floor Sandboxing mod makes it much easier too.
