Clean up corpses mod

hey there boys/gals. Don't know if this goes here or should go to Mod Requests forum ... :rolleyes:

 

problem is I have corpses (skeletons) within a dungeon modded cell which are actually "melting" right after killing them ... might be a texture problem I have to check, but anyway, the corpse just starts to "melt" on the floor ending all eh... screwed on the floor forever. Even after saving and reloading the corrupted skeleton corpses remain, or after leaving the cell and re-entering.

 

and no, clicking on a corpse to disable them through disable cheat doesn't work. It is simply ignored ...

 

so ... what I need is a mod that cleans up ALL the corpses within a cell, usually should work AFTER leaving the cell I suppose ... there was something similar for Fallout 3 so it should be possible to do it here, or not?

 

didn't find anything like this in a quick search on here in Nexus ... :sad:

I thought I was going to be all smart because I had a mod in mind and this was a brand new topic so I get to be the first one to say! Buuuuuttt. no, he beat me to it. I was going to say progressive corpses too. Because that's exactly what you want. plus a lot of other cool features that you didn't know that you needed until you knew they existed and now you can't live without them!

I was going to say progressive corpses too. Because that's exactly what you want. plus a lot of other cool features that you didn't know that you needed until you knew they existed and now you can't live without them!

hah ha :yes: ... yeah, since I DO KNOW this feature exists for FO3, I want it here bad ... normally, I can disable anything in my game by clicking on it and the cheat, but in certain cells you can't disable objects, corpses, etc ... pretty random/strange behaviour indeed ... :ohdear:

haha ha... I missed this one when looking at my load order BEFORE posting ... but yep, I do have possessive corpses installed. Works great indeed ... great mod, but it doesn't precisely disable the corpses completely, which is my problem with a messed texture or something in my specific case.

EDIT: well now, now that u mention it, possesive corpses esp might be precisely the culprit here ... what if the esp can't link properly the weapon to the "new texture/body" of these "new" skeleton NPCs this dungeon mod has?? I had to try this ...
