Problematic Blocky/Glitchy shadows that break immersion

Hello guys, I have been trying to deal with this issue all day. This glitch happens without any Light/weather mod enabled, and any of those do fix the issue. Actually, I got the problem fixed installing Dynamic Shadows, but when I started downloading more mods I found out the problem was back.

Sorry for all the mods unloaded, is kind of a mess. Most of them are merges that are just not enabled yet.

As you can see this completely breaks the immersion on the game, is just horrible...

You have a crap ton of lighting/shadow mods. Being that they aren't going away, even with those removed (You're sure you got them all, right?) that's telling me something is baked into your save. Try this: disable one of those mods, start the game and from the main menu go into the console and type coc whiterunorigin . That will drop you right into Whiterun proper on a fresh save. Check the shadows, if they still suck, close the game, disable another, and repeat until you narrow down the culprit.

My best advice is to NOT install of bunch of mods all trying to do the same thing. pick one.
