gamebryo plugin,indexloc,ba2,savegame management cannot be enabled ps. cant install ordinator mod

so,the problem is in the title,i cant install gamebryo plugin managemet,indexlock,ba2 support,savegame management. it just happened so sudden, i tried to search some similiar topics,but couldnt fix it,anything i can do?? i tried to re enable it,but it wont enable,and i wanted to install a mod that is ordinator perk,when i want to install it,it failed as it says

Try installing a fresh copy of Vortex over your existing installation. It's very likely your security software deleted some of the files Vortex needs to work correctly.
