Apis4 Posted August 29, 2020 Share Posted August 29, 2020 So I just began the Dawnguard DLC after playing for weeks ignoring it.... and I did the opening mission, I found Serana, I escorted her back to Castle Volkar, and I refused Harkon, and got banished. When I returned to the Dawnguard, instead of Isran then sending me to find Sorine and Gunmar..... nothing.... he is just sitting in his room up stairs inside. He doesnt ask me about what I found, no option to mention Serana or the Elder Scroll, not fetching the two people he needs.... nothing. Now, I have to admit I did NOT travel directly to him AFTER exile from Volkar.... I stopped.... help the Custom follower Vilja send her little sister home, which meant traveling to Dawnstar, and then split up with her, and dropped something off in Dragonbridge, then spent the night in Whiterun, and then stopped off at a custom house just outside of Riften, to make sure my guards had not killed Sapphire from the Thieves Guild, or tried to, as she now lives there and they HAD tried to before...... but I use iNeed and if I do NOT take my time on map long journeys, I arrive at hectic moments, or the start of missions, exhausted, hungry and thirsty, and suffering for it. Yet nothing about any of that SHOULD stop the Dawnguard missions triggering. I should also say that I had to restart those missions from an older save, as I was crashing during the Moth Priest recuse.... probably because I had Sernana and THREE other custom followers with me.... and kept crashing when I tried to abort my mission, and fast travel away with them, so I could dismiss them. So I just figure time to restart that whole questline from an older save. Which I did. But NOW I have this problem. Is there any way I can force it to trigger?
