:psyduck: I think they want to shorten the time you have to wait before endorsing.

 

The delay is to get people to actually play a mod before endorsing - otherwise, we get people endorsing just because they liked a picture - which may not have anything to do with the mod at all - example: A house mod, but the pics show a photoshopped female in skimpy clothing in some pics of the house. The NPC is not a part of the mod and it even says so in the read me - some people tend to endorse any mod that has a good looking chick based on just the pic whether or not they use the mod at all. :rolleyes:

 

The intent of endorsing a mod is to have actually used it in your game - then, if you liked it - please endorse it to let the author know you appreciate his work. :thumbsup:

I see what it's there for but I think three hours is a little excessive, very few mods take that long to check out.

I frequently grab several for different games that look interesting, knowing I won't get around to installing or playing them for days. :whistling:

Yep, that's why I'm one of those who has a game that works. :tongue:

 

It's annoying when you install a mod, test it and then have to wait another two and a half hours plus to endorse, or not endorse because by then you've forgotten about it.
