Zorkaz
A statement from my side: I'm against a wiki hosted by one or two private persons, even though it was my inital idea. Who knows what happens in three years or because it's 2020, the next two weeks. Nexusmods and Fandom are much more stable and don't have any costs attached to it. So a no-cost and stable wiki would be the best option.
YouDoNotKnowMyName
I voted for the "Nexus wiki" because the "infrastructure" is already there and everybody already has an account here. And this way, everything (mods, forum, wiki) is in "one place". Yes, it would have it's disadvantages (you can't "download the whole wiki" for working offline or "personal backing up"), but I don't know of any "better" solution.
