Felic
I have a mod with 2 versions (clicky), and when I update it, the primary file is listed at the top, but the update of the second version is listed at the bottom. I suggest sorting the non-primary files in the reverse order of the upload date: makes more sense as they are the first people should need to download. While we're on the subject, why can't we update previous file uploads? This would prevent having to keep previous versions up just to keep the download count. alex2avs
Well as far as I know you have the option to remove files or make them primary by choosing the manage your files under the Files menu.At least on tesnexus.com ;)
Felic
Yes, I know. But as I said, I have 2 versions for my mod, but you can only have one primary file. My mod has two different versions available, so the latest update has 2 file downloads: I made one of them primary, and it shows at the top, but the second file shows below the older versions. Look at my file list and you'll understand what I'm saying.
LHammonds
Here is my suggestion: File: SilencedSniperRifles_1_3Desc: REQUIRED - Primary file. File: SilencedSniperRifles_1_3_SmallerDesc: OPTIONAL - Smaller silencer. File: SilencedSniperRifles 1_2 to 1_3 UpdateDesc: UPDATE - Updates older plugins where there was an incorrect 308 ammo issue. Delete all the other files.
Felic
If I delete the other files, does my total download count get affected? Meaning if I delete an old file that had 250 downloads, does my total download count go down by 250?
buddah
The download count stays, it is downloads from the file page....so deleting old files does not change the download count. Buddah
