Illuminated888
I have several black soul gems and a daedric dagger that does soul trap and I wanted to slay Aerin before trying to marry Mjoll. Well the plan has backfired in a pretty violent way. After I killed Aerin and his soul entered the gem, Mjoll FLIPS THE *kaboom* OUT! She says, "I can't believe this is happening!" Then she draws her axe, and goes on a mass murdering rampage. She kills a begger, then follows me into the tavern where she kills a few other non-essential people until finally someone depletes all of her health. I had to kill Mjoll in the end. I have a mod that lets me kill essentials if I hit them three times when they do that crouching thing by the way. I also have a mod that stores corpses in coffins down in their respective city halls of the dead so several new coffins now line the Riften crypt including Mjoll. It was kind of funny but quite bizarre. Does Mjoll normally lose it like this if Aerin is cut down right in front of her? No one knew I did it because I didn't get a bounty so did she just decide to kill all of Riften to ensure that the real killer was brought to justice? Skyrim never ceases to amaze me. To kill Aerin, without Mjoll acting weird, do what I did, cast Frenzy on her and Aerin, have them fight. She will win all the time and won't get mad at you because she was the one who did the killing. I also think the Unofficial Patch fixed this not sure. Haven't married Mjoll in a long time. Oh, make sure you're in stealth when casting Frenzy, just in case she deems you hostile.

Aerin and Mjoll are both long dead and buried. Maybe on my next character I will have better luck with it.

It could be that this particular "Kill Essentials" mod enables this. No idea but these are nice mods that add immersion. Oh and another thing: You have to wait until the corpses disappear to see them in the coffins. I usually fast travel to another town, wait three days, then go back to the town where I killed the NPCs. At that point they should be in the Hall of the Dead and in their coffins. Lawlacaust
Yea what is the mod that lets you kill essentials? its very gamebreaking to me to have this feature!
breakwind
One of my characters is a High Elf character named Evil Deeds who is an agent of chaos and uses his skillset to cause 'difficulties' for both sides of the war to further the Aldmeri cause. I think he would very much like to have the 'Kill Essentials' mod....I'll pass it onto him
Illuminated888
My current character is an Argonian. I guess you could call him an assassin/barbarian. He uses illusion, alteration, one handed, and sneak mostly. I have him sometimes using some alchemy and pickpocketing. Of course lockpicking goes up because I have to get through those locks. To top it off I have the Nature of the Beast mod which lets me shapeshift into a lizard monster. It's not a re-texture either. It's a separate form from the werewolf so I can hunt down the companions and take their souls. I don't plan on joining them so it won't screw up my game. I'll probably save them for later though. I want to take out the jarls but too many quests depend on them. Maven is going to get it one day too. Brynjolf just bought the farm earlier today after I killed Sapphire. He came at me and wouldn't quit so I killed him and threw him into the water below. He asked for it after all.
