iLive2Own
No matter what I try I can't seem to get Skyrim to recognize the changes I've made to the camera in my Skyrim.ini file. I know it is reading from this specific file because it recognized the [General] sIntroSequence= entry, which skips the intro video. I have tried deleting the .ini and relaunching Skyrim, then changing it again - which didn't work. I tried entering RefIni in the console to refresh the ini - which also didn't work. Here is my Skyrim.ini[General] sLanguage=ENGLISH sIntroSequence= uExterior Cell Buffer=36 [Display] fShadowLODMaxStartFade=1000.0 fSpecularLODMaxStartFade=2000.0 fLightLODMaxStartFade=3500.0 iShadowMapResolutionPrimary=2048 bAllowScreenshot=1 [Audio] fMusicDuckingSeconds=6.0 fMusicUnDuckingSeconds=8.0 fMenuModeFadeOutTime=3.0 fMenuModeFadeInTime=1.0 [Grass] bAllowCreateGrass=1 bAllowLoadGrass=0 [GeneralWarnings] SGeneralMasterMismatchWarning=One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. I have v1.8.151.0. If anyone could help that would be great EDIT: Fixed. Camera changes are not instant, I had to play for a bit and the camera eventually snapped into position Edited February 11, 2013 by iLive2Own
LargeStyle
I've been adjusting the 3rd person camera this evening and what I've found is that the camera coordinate changes do work, but just not immediately. I've been tweaking the .ini file then playing for 5-10 mins in first person mode while every now-and-again flipping over to 3rd person to see if the changes have applied yet. There's probably a better way to see any changes faster than this, but I don't know of it.
iLive2Own
You are indeed correct :P I posted this then kind of gave up and went back to playing. I was playing around, then *poof*, it worked :D
