is it a lore friendly creature??

No offense, really, no offense, but do please read the entire thread.

Anywho, I concur on the name choice for the spikeytoothed creature. I vote Acriddento.

Hmmmmm, names for the mummy-esque creature

Pogramme (slightly modified version of the French word for Safron, which is what mummy's where dried out with)

Antica Signore(italian for ancient lord)

Wuste (German for Desert, I believe it is pronounced Wus-tAy)

Morto (italian for dead one)

Lijar (spanish for sand)

Letum (Latin for death)

That's all I got, personnaly I like Antica Wignore and Wuste the best.

Well, I'd say that the Busilak and the Acriddento have been named now if everyone can agree on a name for the mummy we will be on our way. I have other creatures but they are dinosaurs and don't really need to be named but I also have a few ideas that I'm working on. It doesn't take me very long to model a creature anymore but thinking about it and designing it does. And then there is that whole skeleton/weight painting/ rigging/ animating/ skinning/ texturing thing  but hey! we all have to start somewhere and I started with Blender.

Something else I'd like to say. If there is a certain unique animal or creature that you would like to see in a mod, why not post a picture here? You never know, it may find it's way to a hidden world called Pellucidar. But I'm not promising anything and it will be entirely up to me.

About the snow beast. It seems that Busilak has already been chosen as the creatures name, I have received several comments and PM's that have referred to it as the Busilak. Since people have already begun to call it that, Busilak it is.

Thank you dezdimona, nice job of naming it.

It was my pleasure!

What about some water creatures. Some sort of shark, a swordfish maybe. I havent seen a fish different from the slaughter fish. My second idea is about a turtle creature, but on two legs.

I plan on having some new water creatures, you may not have seen my Hybordarian water dragon sculpture in one of my earlier posts but I plan to have them in Pellucidar. here is the sculpture

I also plan on having other water creatures but pathing in water is a problem and I'm not sure how they will work.
