Mod stuck at installing

I downloaded and installed this mod;

It extracted fast and installed fast. But, when the progress bar reached the end of installing nothing else happened. As we speak it's currently still at the end of 'installing'.

That is odd.

 

We'd need your Vortex log file to see what may have gone wrong. Please send feedback inside Vortex itself (found in the top right menu). Make sure to include your log under "Attach special file".

 

I had a user report something similar earlier, they simply restarted Vortex and tried again to make it work properly.

I tried many things yesterday and this morning. Nothing worked including; restarting the pc, downloading the mod again (both 2k and 4k versions but neither would install), reinstalling vortex, etc.

 

Today I come home after work and the mod installed like normal on the first attempt. I installed the same download that wouldn't install this morning or the day before. Very strange because all other mods would install just fine. Only had issues with Skyrim Remastered - Caves. Weeeeeeeird.
