I looked the interior CELL name of the factory but the interior CELL name is nowhere to be found in the console

I tried reinstalling it, still crashes.

Tried disabling every mod, still crashes.

Loot, no effect.

Try completely removing the pip boy skins, and power armor skins from CC, from the data folder.

I've had this same problem for a while now and I've tried disabling all power armor mods in vortex but that doesn't seem to help.
